What to eat on hypo

  • Lean, grass-fed meat
  • Fish

That’s just the start, though. For me, a huge part of feeling my best on hypo centered around ditching processed foods. But that doesn’t mean I stopped snacking!! Heck no. Instead, I just found easy things I could whip up quickly to substitute for processed foods. Like, instead of a packaged midday snack, I’ll grab one of the hangar bombs.
